Job summary

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to manage our digital online presence, grow and engage our community across all social media platforms, and generate leads. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategy, and analytical skills to effectively translate technical solutions into engaging stories for our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and manage the overall social media strategy to achieve KPIs.
  • Create, curate, and schedule daily content (text, image, video) that is engaging and brand-consistent.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner to build loyalty.
  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion), analyze results, and generate reports to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media tools, and platform updates.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Work with marketing, design, and PR teams to align with broader business goals. 


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in social media management or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Good graphic design and video editing skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute social media strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent organizational and creative skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and adverts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, advertising platforms, and analytics software.
  • Portfolio of previous works.
