MVG Entertainment is hiring a Social Media Manager & Digital Strategist to manage content, grow audience engagement, and support artist campaigns across major platforms. This role focuses on strategy, storytelling, and execution within a fast-growing creative and entertainment company.

Responsibilities:
Strategy & Content Planning:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the company and artist goals
- Plan content across daily, weekly, and monthly timelines
- Support rollout planning and campaign sequencing
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity
Content Creation & Publishing:
- Create and publish content across Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Produce short-form content, including behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and campaign material
- Edit content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Adapt content quickly while maintaining brand quality
Community & Audience Engagement:
- Manage comments, DMs, and mentions
- Build and maintain an engaged online community
- Communicate in a professional and culturally relevant tone
Campaign Support & Growth:
- Support artist releases and promotional campaigns
- Assist with rollout execution and content coordination
- Identify trends and opportunities aligned with brand direction
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive visibility and growth
Performance & Reporting:
- Track engagement, reach, and content performance
- Provide insights to improve future content and strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand, artist, or media company
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, and short-form content
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable creating and editing short-form videos
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Based in Lagos (hybrid work structure)
- Experience in music, entertainment, or creative industries is an advantage
- Understanding of artist branding and digital rollouts
- Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking tools
- Ability to identify trends and adapt quickly
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
- Strong judgment and attention to detail
