About the Role
We are looking for a creative, result-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a beauty enthusiast with strong content creation and editing skills, and a solid understanding of paid ads and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create high-quality, engaging content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, stories, etc.)
- Shoot and edit videos using mobile and/or professional editing tools
- Plan and manage a consistent content calendar
- Run, monitor, and optimize sponsored ads (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports
- Drive engagement, growth, and community building
- Convert followers into paying customers through strategic content and ads
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Must be a beauty enthusiast (skincare, haircare, cosmetics knowledge is a plus)
- Experience running and converting sponsored ads
- Strong understanding of content trends and social media algorithms
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Must reside within close proximity to Lekki
