Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our elite 2026 talent roster. This is a hybrid, contract-based partnership in Lagos. You won't just be managing a feed; you will be the engine behind a brand’s digital presence. You must be as comfortable with strategic content planning and analytics as you are with a camera and editing suite.

Note: This is a roster-based position. Successful candidates will be added to our elite talent pool, a contacted to activate their contracts following the assignment of an account.

Qualifications

• Strategic Management: A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube storytelling, beyond just "engagement."
• High-Fidelity Creation: Advanced skills in mobile photography & videography

. You know how to use lighting, composition, and professional mobile editing suites to make a smartphone frame look expensive and cinematic.

• Verifiable Excellence: At least 2 years of experience working with brands that prioritize aesthetics and impact.
• Precision: Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a specific brand’s "voice" without friction.
