Our client, a premium fragrance and lifestyle brand, is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, grow online communities, and increase brand awareness through compelling storytelling.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging content across the brand's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
  • Create high-quality visual and written content, including photos, videos, reels, stories, captions, and other digital assets.
  • Capture and edit content showcasing products, customer experiences, events, Chandler Sessions, Alchemy Sessions, and other brand activities.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, community engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging content formats, and audience preferences to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with Management and other team members to develop content ideas that align with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Track and report on social media performance, audience growth, engagement metrics, and content effectiveness.
  • Build and nurture an engaged online community that reflects the brand's values and customer experience.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity, tone of voice, and overall marketing objectives.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or a similar role.
  • Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Experience working with lifestyle, beauty, fashion, hospitality, or luxury brands is an advantage.
  • Proximity to the Island is an added advantage.
