Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Create original content — photos, videos, reels, and stories — showcasing properties, projects, and company activities
• Appear on camera as a confident, articulate brand representative for video content, walkthroughs, and interviews
• Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy that reflect the company's voice and values
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategy to maximize reach and engagement
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and grow the brand's online community
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report insights regularly
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with ongoing campaigns and listings
• Stay current with real estate industry trends and competitor activity on social media

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and/or content creation (portfolio or sample work required)
• Strong on-camera presence — confident, well-spoken, and comfortable presenting to an audience
• Professional, polished, and presentable appearance suited to representing the brand publicly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with content creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
• Solid understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms/best practices
• Creative eye for photography and videography
• Must reside within or around Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos, or be willing to commute reliably to this axis
• Prior experience in real estate, marketing, or a related industry is an added advantage
