Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create high-quality, on-brand content: videos, carousels, photos, captions, stories, reels, etc.
- Manage daily posting schedules and content calendars.
- Conduct competitor research, industry trend analysis, and audience insights reports.
- Plan and execute paid ads with proper targeting and optimization for conversions.
- Build and manage online communities (Dreamz Come True Community).
- Respond to comments, DMs, inquiries, and engage with followers professionally.
- Work with product, marketing, and design teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, ROI, follower growth, and click-throughs.
- Manage influencer campaigns, collaborations, and UGC partnerships.
- Develop scripts, hooks, and content ideas that match brand voice (Mr Dreamz style).
- Suggest creative marketing campaigns that improve sales and visibility.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and improvement recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content and communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc
- 4 - 5 years of previous work experience in similar role
- Strong storytelling skills
- Creative thinking
- Trend awareness
- Ability to convert audience attention into engagement, leads, and sales daily.
