Social Media Management:
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Schedule and publish daily posts consistently
- Monitor trends and create relevant real estate content
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality graphics, reels, videos, flyers, and promotional content
- Produce engaging property showcase videos and site inspection updates
- Write compelling captions and marketing copy for property promotions
- Cover company events, trainings, inspections, and client testimonials
Lead Generation & Marketing:
- Generate qualified real estate leads through social media campaigns
- Run paid advertisements and promotional campaigns
- Increase followers, engagement, and online inquiries
- Promote company projects, estates, and investment opportunities
Brand Management:
- Maintain a professional and consistent brand image online
- Ensure all social media content aligns with company goals and standards
- Monitor online reputation and respond professionally to inquiries and comments
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track social media performance and engagement metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze audience behavior and campaign effectiveness
- Suggest strategies for growth and improvement
Customer Engagement:
- Respond promptly to messages, comments, and customer inquiries
- Direct potential clients to the sales team where necessary
- Maintain positive customer relationships online
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and content trends
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and lead generation strategies
