Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement social media operations for all Twinwaters outlets (Rufus & Bee arcade, Chinese restaurant, continental fine-dining, rooftop lounge, event hall), ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely content deployment.
- Monitor, record, and report daily platform analytics across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google My Business for each outlet, including reach, engagement, inquiries, and sentiment trends.
- Develop, script, film, and edit content (mobile videography + high-quality edits) for daily posts, reels, ads, and stories that highlight promotions, experiences, new games, food items, ambience, and guest activities.
- Design and execute daily posting schedules and optimise content timing based on audience behaviour analytics and previous performance.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and staff to gather updates on new games, restaurant specials, promotions, pricing changes, or operational issues that need to be reflected online.
- Capture daily real-time content on-ground, including customer reactions, ambience shots, b-rolls, fine dining plating, gaming experiences, and event setup footage.
- Draft, revise, and send structured weekly performance reports for each outlet, summarising content performance, customer insights, recommendations, and upcoming opportunities.
- Develop creative strategies for monthly and seasonal campaigns—including new game launches, restaurant events, rooftop nights, and special holiday activation.
- Collaborate with agencies and event partners, aligning on experience creation, reviewing concepts, and coordinating approvals for on-site execution.
- Plan and execute influencer engagements, including identifying potential creators, preparing briefs, supervising on-site shoots, and ensuring deliverables match brand guidelines.
- Coordinate ad campaigns (boosted posts and targeted ads), optimise spend, monitor live results, and adjust creative or copy to improve CTR and conversions.
- Ensure brand visual consistency across all outlets, reviewing designs, captions, stories, and creative to adhere to the Twinwaters tone and luxury positioning.
- Develop content calendars for each outlet, incorporating promotions, new games, menu items, themed nights, and trending content opportunities.
- Track and document customer behaviour patterns on-site, such as bestselling meals, popular cocktails, common guest questions, and potential marketing angles.
- Prepare decks, sponsorship pitches, and proposal documents for holiday campaigns, brand takeovers, promotions, and partnership conversations.
- Act as a communication bridge between Marketing and Operations, relaying customer feedback, campaign expectations, and required improvements to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Attend on-ground activities, shoots, and events (especially weekends) to ensure marketing assets, content capture, and communications align with the day’s objectives.
- Continuously ideate new content series—FAQs, “how to play” tutorials, menu highlights, behind-the-scenes, storytelling formats, and trend-adapted videos to maintain virility.
