The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Manage the company's presence across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create, plan, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and captions.
- Develop and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Collaborate with the Content Strategist, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Sales Team to execute marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Grow the company's online community by increasing followers and improving audience engagement.
- Generate quality leads through social media campaigns and audience engagement initiatives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze key performance metrics and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand identity, tone, and messaging.
- Optimize social media profiles to improve visibility and audience reach.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Work with the SEO and Web Development teams to drive website traffic through social media.
- Support the promotion of company events, training, products, and services across all digital channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and social media best practices.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, English, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience using social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Google Analytics.
- Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, and paid advertising.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
