Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Planning and executing monthly content calendars that actually align with our business goals.
• Content Creation: Snapping high-quality photos and filming/editing Reels/TikToks that look professional but feel authentic.
• Community Management: Engaging with our followers, responding to DMs promptly, and keeping the conversation going.
• Growth Tracking: Keeping an eye on what’s working and what’s not. We value results over "vibes."
• Brand Voice: Making sure Tasha Energy sounds consistent, reliable, and innovative across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Location: You must be currently living in Abuja. This is an on-site role, and we need someone who can be on the ground when things are happening. Please, no remote applications or "willing to relocate" for now.
• Experience: You’ve managed professional social media accounts before (show us your portfolio or handles you've worked on).
• Tools: You are handy with Canva, CapCut, or any professional editing suite.
• Work Ethic: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see an opportunity for a great post, and you grab it.
• Communication: Excellent English (written and spoken). If you can sprinkle in a bit of relatable Nigerian context where appropriate, even better.
