Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Planning
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Analyze trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to continuously improve social media content and engagement.
Content Creation and Design
- Design eye-catching graphics, images, and posts for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create branded content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging.
- Use design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to create visually appealing content.
Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms, including promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, tutorials, and more.
- Ensure all videos align with the brand's identity and appeal to the intended audience.
- Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or others) to create polished and professional videos.
Social Media Management
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts, ensuring consistent, timely, and engaging posts.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics (likes, shares, comments, traffic, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use data insights to optimize content, improve engagement, and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration and Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to develop content for special campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Execute cross-channel campaigns and ensure content is aligned across all platforms.
Video Content Promotion
- Develop strategies for promoting video content across social platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Ensure videos are optimized for each platform (aspect ratio, captions, tags, etc.).
Stay Current on Industry Trends
- Keep up with the latest developments in social media trends, tools, and platforms, implementing innovative ideas that can enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous content design, video production, and social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
