Job summary

As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the development of engaging and visually appealing content that strengthens our brand presence across social media platforms. Your primary responsibility is to support CRM management and sales initiatives, design graphics, produce videos, and create campaigns that drive engagement and awareness.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and produce creative content for social media platforms using Canva (graphics) and CapCut (video editing).
  • Plan and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives and drive engagement, growth, and awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and improve audience reach.
  • Ensure all content maintains brand consistency, tone, and visual identity across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, etc
  • Create engaging campaigns for launches, promotions, and events to support marketing and business objectives.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate content strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and CRM teams to integrate content into campaigns and promotions effectively.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent publishing and timely delivery of posts.


CRM & Sales:

  • Assist in maintaining CRM data and updating customer interactions where needed.
  • Support sales campaigns with content creation (graphics, videos, posts) for customer engagement.
  • Provide insights from social media interactions to help guide marketing and sales strategies.


Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Canva and CapCut for content creation.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
