NairaPoint is seeking a creative Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager to grow our online presence, drive customer engagement, and support user acquisition across digital channels. The ideal candidate will manage our social media platforms, execute digital campaigns, analyze performance data, and help position NairaPoint as a trusted brand.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow NairaPoint’s social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals
  • Create engaging content, including posts, captions, short-form videos, and campaigns
  • Monitor social media performance and optimize content using analytics and insights
  • Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions
  • Engage with online communities, respond to messages, and manage customer interactions
  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Collaborate with design, product, and operations teams to support campaigns
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices
  • Support website updates and basic SEO-related content where required


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms for brands
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Experience running and optimizing paid ads
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Buffer/Hootsuite
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Experience in Fintech, Finance, or Tech industry is an advantage
