Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a multi-platform social media strategy aligned with corporate business goals.
- Create an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent stream of high-quality content.
- Identify and monitor industry trends in the lubricants and chemical energy sectors to keep content relevant.
Content Creation and Management:
- Design and produce engaging multimedia content, including high-resolution photos of products, behind-the-scenes factory footage, and educational graphics about engine and hydraulic oils.
- Write compelling, technically accurate captions and posts that reflect the professional tone of the brand.
- Manage and optimise the company’s profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor all social media channels and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages from potential clients and partners.
- Foster a community of industry professionals, distributors, and end users through active engagement and professional networking.
- Manage the brand’s online reputation by addressing feedback neutrally and constructively.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
- Prepare monthly reports summarising social media performance and suggesting data-driven improvements.
- Utilise analytics tools to refine audience targeting and content delivery.
Collaboration and Brand Alignment:
- Work closely with the sales and production teams to highlight new product launches and industrial milestones.
- Ensure all digital communications adhere to the company’s visual identity and professional standards.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and trade show appearances.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Minimum of HND
