Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, optimizing profiles for engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also includes staying updated on industry trends, engaging with the online community, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to create effective and engaging content
- Expertise in developing and executing Content Strategies for various platforms
- Proficiency with analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy adjustments
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to industry trends and algorithm changes
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
