The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Cove Real Estate & Construction Limited's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, promote property listings, engage with clients, and support the company's sales and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, property showcases, testimonials, promotional campaigns, and educational content.
- Coordinate property photography, videography, drone footage, and virtual tours for social media campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and promotional copy.
- Promote new property listings, projects, events, and company achievements.
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, inquiries, and reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, clients, and prospective customers.
- Manage online reputation and customer engagement activities.
- Develop campaigns that generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support property marketing initiatives.
- Track inquiries and conversions generated through social media channels.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Track key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, leads generated, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing innovations, and real estate industry developments.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand.
- Experience in real estate, construction, property management, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and generating leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms.Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong creativity, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to create engaging visual and written content.Strong organizational and project management skills.
