The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Cove Real Estate & Construction Limited's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, promote property listings, engage with clients, and support the company's sales and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and maintain a social media content calendar.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, property showcases, testimonials, promotional campaigns, and educational content.
  • Coordinate property photography, videography, drone footage, and virtual tours for social media campaigns.
  • Write compelling captions, headlines, and promotional copy.
  • Promote new property listings, projects, events, and company achievements.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, inquiries, and reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, clients, and prospective customers.
  • Manage online reputation and customer engagement activities.
  • Develop campaigns that generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support property marketing initiatives.
  • Track inquiries and conversions generated through social media channels. 
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Track key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, leads generated, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing innovations, and real estate industry developments.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, property management, or related industries is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and generating leads through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms.Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong creativity, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to create engaging visual and written content.Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
