- Manage and monitor the company’s social media platforms daily (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content aligned with the brand’s luxury image.
- Plan and schedule posts to maintain consistent brand visibility and engagement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries.
- Engage with followers to build relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote new collections, offers, and events.
- Run and optimize paid social media ads to increase reach, traffic, and conversions.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on engagement, growth, and sales impact.
- Monitor trends in fashion and social media to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align promotions and campaigns.
Requirments:
- Minimum BSC.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
