We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our brand’s online presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and executing strategies that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns when required
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing team members
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and identity remain consistent across all platforms
- Suggest and implement new strategies to improve engagement and reach
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND
