We are seeking a strategic, highly creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to own and elevate our brand's digital presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across all primary channels

- Strategy & Content Planning: Develop and execute an end-to-end social media strategy aligned with overall business and marketing objectives. Maintain a high-quality, conversion-focused content calendar.
- Content Production Mastery: Oversee (and execute where necessary) the production of high-converting visual and written assets. Script and direct short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that commands attention.
- Community Management & Growth: Foster an active, engaged community around the brand. Oversee incoming interactions, turn passive followers into brand advocates, and manage high-leverage PR opportunities in comment sections.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report weekly/monthly performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, engagement velocity, audience growth). Use data to ruthlessly optimize content pillars.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, events, and partnerships, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional design and growth teams.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Must provide a portfolio of past campaigns and managed accounts with measurable outcomes.
Deep expertise in native platform analytics, social listening tools, and scheduling platforms. - Strong proficiency in content design and video editing suites (Canva, CapCut)
