Social media Executive and Content writer

 Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original content, including sports previews, betting tips, odds analysis, blog posts, and website copy, with a focus on accuracy, timely delivery, and clear communication.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy, creating and scheduling daily content (text, images, and video snippets) for platforms like X, Instagram, and Facebook to maximise audience reach and interaction.
• SEO Optimisation: Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimise all digital content, ensuring high search engine visibility and organic traffic to the platform.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly, and foster a positive, engaging online community around sports and betting.
• Industry Expertise: Stay constantly updated on global sports events, betting trends, market changes, and regulatory guidelines to ensure all content is relevant, accurate, and compliant.
• Performance Tracking: Analyse social media and content performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, website traffic) to report on success and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in content writing and/or social media management, preferably within the iGaming, sports, or sports betting niche.
• In-depth knowledge of sports betting terminology (e.g., moneyline, spreads, parlays, odds formats) and various popular sports leagues.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with Social Media Management tools, CMS platforms (like WordPress), and basic SEO tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially around major sporting events.
• A strong, demonstrated passion for sports and betting that translates into compelling content.
