Responsibilities:
- Capture on-site photo and video content showcasing property progress, finishes, and lifestyle appeal
- Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, property tours, educational real estate content)
- Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook platforms
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google for lead generation
- Design ad creatives, write ad copy, and optimize campaigns for conversions
- Engage with prospective buyers, agents, and partners to build an active online community
- Repurpose content for basic email marketing (an advantage)
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio with high-quality visual content (real estate or luxury experience preferred
- Proven experience running paid ads campaigns (Meta and/or Google)
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.)
- Ability to write compelling captions and ad copy with clear CTAs
- Skilled in mobile or camera-based content creation
- Professional, confident, and comfortable working on-site
- Clear understanding of how content and ads convert into real leads
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Renumeration: NGN 100,000 monthly + 5–10% commission on converted leads generated from social media and ads
