Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Lead to manage CSI Experiential’s digital presence. You will lead content strategy, storytelling, and engagement across platforms to grow brand awareness, strengthen community, and drive consistent online visibility.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of CSI Experiential’s social media platforms by planning, scheduling, and publishing content that aligns with the brand’s voice and keeps the audience consistently engaged.
- Content Creation: Develop and produce creative and engaging content, including graphics, videos, captions, reels, event highlights, and promotional materials that effectively communicate CSI Experiential’s services and identity.
- Brand Awareness & Engagement: Design and execute strategies that increase brand visibility, grow the online audience, and strengthen engagement through compelling storytelling and innovative digital campaigns.
- Event Coverage: Coordinate and manage real-time content coverage during events, ensuring high-quality capture of behind-the-scenes moments, live updates, and well-curated post-event recaps.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns for events, partnerships, and special projects, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine content strategy and improve audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to ensure CSI Experiential remains innovative, relevant, and competitive in the digital space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (strong creativity and experience matter most).
- 1–2 years experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong content creation skills (video editing, graphic design, and storytelling).
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
- Strong eye for branding, aesthetics, and engaging visual content
- Proficiency with basic content tools (Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).
Compensation:
- Annual Remuneration: NGN1,200,000 (net).
- Stipend of NGN10,000 for every event attended
- Paid Time off
