Social Media & Content Growth Strategist

Hello Dreams is building a global ecosystem across career growth, design, branding, and technology. We’re looking for a strategist who can think, create, and execute content that drives real growth, not just engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Develop content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Create structured content calendars across key platforms
• Design content using Canva (carousels, social posts, simple visuals)
• Plan and execute paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, or relevant platforms)
• Generate high-quality visuals using AI tools (ChatGPT, image generation tools, etc.)
• Manage and optimize content based on performance
• Support community growth through content direction and engagement insights

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of content strategy and audience growth
• Ability to combine strategy with execution (not just planning)
• Experience designing content with Canva
• Experience running and optimizing paid ads
• Familiarity with AI tools for content and image generation
• Clear thinking, structure, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistently

What Will Set You Apart

• Ability to create and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut
• Strong understanding of video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Ability to use AI tools to generate engaging video content (concepts, visuals, voice, or edits)
• Strong storytelling instinct for content that captures attention and drives engagement
