Social Media/ Content Creator
Job summary
We are building a media-first real estate brand and are seeking a high-performing social media/content creator to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and digital authority across all major platforms. This role goes beyond posting content. You will own content strategy, daily execution, digital performance, and AI-enabled content. This role is ideal for a creative, data-aware, and AI-savvy professional who understands how content drives sales and brand trust.

Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals, including lead generation, brand authority, and trust building
- Translate real estate and short-let offerings into educational, aspirational, and conversion-focused content
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
Content Creation & Execution (Core Focus):
- Create and publish high-quality content, including Instagram reels and TikTok videos, static posts and carousels. stories and short-form videos with high-converting captions and hooks.
- Collaborate with the Founder, PA, and Sales team to capture on-site and behind-the-scenes content
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form formats
Social Media Management & Growth:
- Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
- Support WhatsApp content strategy in collaboration with the PA
- Schedule, post, monitor, and engage with comments, DMs, and inquiries professionally
- Track growth metrics and optimize content performance
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Drive inbound leads through organic content, campaigns, and paid ads where applicable
- Align content with current offers, promotions, and sales objectives
- Support campaign launches and assist with landing page or funnel copy as required
AI-Driven Content & Marketing:
- Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas and scripts
- Write and optimize captions, hooks, and CTAs
- Analyze content performance and trends
- Improve speed, volume, and quality of output
- Use tools such as AI writing assistants, AI video editing tools, and analytics platforms while maintaining brand voice and authenticity
Content Performance & Reporting:
- Track and report on reach and engagement
- Leads generated from social platforms
- Content contribution to conversions
- Recommend data-driven improvements and test new content formats and trends consistently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager
- Strong understanding of digital marketing for real estate, hospitality, or service-based brands
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and short-form content skills
- Ability to shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content
- Proficiency in AI tools for content creation, editing, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
- Data-aware mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize content strategy
- Creative, proactive, and consistent with strong execution discipline
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or high-ticket sales environments
- Paid ads experience
- Basic graphic design and analytics knowledge
