Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including graphics, short videos, reels, captions, and stories.
- Digital Marketing - Create ads on available platforms to drive growth and visibility.
- Develop and implement a monthly content calendar aligned with company goals.
- Promote solar installations, projects, products, and company activities.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media performance and provide basic analytics, insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create and share posts celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and other important company milestones.
- Stay updated with social media trends relevant to the renewable energy industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
- Strong content creation skills (graphics, video editing, captions).
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to create content that converts leads into customers.
- Basic knowledge of solar/renewable energy is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
