Social Media & Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Create and schedule engaging content
• Design graphics, reels, short-form videos, and promotional materials
• Respond to messages and inquiries from potential customers
• Grow audience engagement and brand awareness
• Maintain a monthly content calendar

Business Development:

• Identify and reach out to influencers, content creators, remote work communities, and industry partners
• Build relationships with coworking spaces and workspace operators
• Follow up on partnership opportunities initiated by management
• Coordinate meetings and maintain communication with prospective partners
• Assist in developing strategic partnerships that increase business visibility

Lead Generation:

• Research potential customers and communities that may benefit from our services
• Participate in relevant Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, and online forums
• Help generate qualified leads through outreach and engagement
• Maintain records of leads, prospects, and partnership opportunities

Administrative Support:

• Assist with basic customer follow-up
• Track social media performance metrics
• Prepare weekly progress reports
• Recommend ideas for growth and business expansion

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong social media management experience
• Graphic design experience 
• Experience creating TikTok and Instagram content
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience with business development, sales, or partnership outreach is a plus
