Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Social Media Management – Create engaging content and manage BeautybyTejj Studio’s social media pages, including planning, posting, and audience engagement.
- Ads Creation & Management – Support the creation and management of social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, bookings, and sales.
- Leads & Sales Conversion – Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and convert potential customers into bookings and sales.
- Admin Support – Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth studio operations and proper documentation.
- Marketing Team Support – Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and brand growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media, marketing, sales, or administration.
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media management.
- Good content creation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Strong lead follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Aesthetic sense and an eye for visual details. Organized, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry experience is an advantage.
- Candidate must have proximity to Lekki Phase 1 and be available to work 5days
