Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging content acrossInstagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create visually appealing Graphics, Flyers, Carousels, Social Media posts, and Promotional materials.
• Develop creative content ideas that increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content consistently.
• Write clear, engaging captions and social media copy.
• Stay updated on social media trends and identify creative ways to apply them to the brand.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the team on campaign promotions and other marketing activities.
• Take initiative in identifying new content opportunities and improving the brand's online presence.
• Monitor Social Media performance and provide basic reports and insights.

Requirements:

• 1-3 Years of Experience in Social Media Management, Graphic Design, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is an added advantage.
• Strong visual creativity and attention to detail.
• Good writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create both static and short-form video content.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• A portfolio showcasing previous Social Media and Graphic Design work is required.
