Social Media and Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms.
• Create high-quality graphics, videos, reels, and written content that align with the company's brand identity.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns that support business objectives.
• Write compelling captions, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
• Support employer branding initiatives and corporate communications.
• Cover company events and produce real-time content for digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, English, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Experience with video editing, photography, and short-form content production is an added advantage.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
