Job summary
You are the sole owner of content development across all projects. Develop content strategy, create assets, publish across platforms, manage community engagement, operate, and report analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and WhatsApp/Telegram
- Create all content: copy, graphics, carousels, thumbnails, video hooks
- Publish content and optimize for each platform's algorithm
- Manage community operations: engagement responses, Q&A, member highlights
- Build and grow community members; write and send regular communications
- Brief Video Production Associate on specifications and deadlines
- Request ad hoc support from other team members as needed
- Compile monthly analytics reports and propose growth experiments
- Optimize XOXO content for YouTube monetization (SEO, thumbnails, watch time)
Requirements:
- Content strategy and hands-on creation experience
- Platform fluency across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Copywriting and visual design skills (Canva/Figma)
- Analytics interpretation and data-driven decision making
- Self-directed with a strong ownership mentality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in social impact, education, or professional development niches
- Track record of growing engaged communities
- YouTube optimization and monetization knowledge
- Video editing or thumbnail design capabilities
Remuneration: NGN 300,000
