We are seeking a smart, creative, and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to manage online presence, create engaging content, and support client communication activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow all social media platforms
- Create and post engaging content consistently
- Follow the realtor to property sites for video and photo content creation
- Record property inspections, client interactions, and site progress updates
- Respond to inquiries, DMs, comments, and client requests professionally
- Assist in promoting properties and marketing campaigns
- Edit short videos/reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Maintain brand visibility and audience engagement online
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of content creation and social media management
- Ability to use a smartphone or camera effectively for videos/photos
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or video editing apps is an added advantage
- Must be creative, organized, and responsive
- Previous experience in social media management is a plus
