Social Media Manager Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the graphics team to align visuals with messaging
• Monitor trends and social media conversations relevant to the brand and audience.
• Track engagement metrics and help generate weekly reports on performance.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Brainstorm and suggest creative campaign ideas and reels.
• Support in managing online communities and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Assist in basic ad setup or boosting posts (training will be provided if needed).
• Stay updated on platform changes and suggest ways to improve visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

• Passion for social media, storytelling, and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback positively.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other content tools is a plus (but not required).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must reside in Lagos.
