Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales plan for the territory as assigned by mgt
- Promote and sell the company’s soap products to wholesalers, retailers, and direct customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while securing new accounts.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management on trends and competitors.
- Represent the brand professionally in trade shows, promotions, and product launches.
- Negotiating prices and other terms of payment and terms of trade
- Make sure all the company's SKUs are available and visible across the assigned region
- To develop all hypermarkets within the area of coverage
- Identifying strong dealers and converting them into our fold for deeper market penetration and reach
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND/ HND / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (FMCG or personal care industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
