Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter (Remote)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior HR Recruiter to join our remote recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with clients, and delivering top-quality talent across various roles. Experience with international recruitment is an added advantage.


This role requires strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent locally and internationally.


* Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media sourcing, referrals, and talent databases to identify qualified candidates.


* Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future roles.


Candidates & Stakeholder Management

* Work closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications and strategic hiring needs.


* Provide weekly updates, reports, and recruitment insights.


* Maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.


Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Talent Acquisition Specialist.


* Strong experience in sourcing and screening across multiple job categories.


International recruitment experience (UAE, US, UK, Canada, Europe, ASIA etc.) is an added advantage.


* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.


* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


* Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools), and modern sourcing techniques.


Preferred Skills

* Ability to manage multiple open roles with tight deadlines.


* Strong negotiation skills and professional communication.


* Experience working in consulting or agency-style recruitment.


* Knowledge of global hiring trends and multicultural sourcing.
