Job summary
This role is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of slick line units and accessories following Company's work plans.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out tubing integrity investigation using a drift or gauge cutter ru
- Ensure there is no holdup or tight spot in tubing pressure testing
- Ensure all wax is totally cleared in the tubing to avert problems during production of crude oil
- Install and remove gas lift valves and dummies to enhance increase in oil production
- Install and retrieve plugs for well securing and well kill
- Ensure adequate sand bail-out
- Install and retrieve the FSE injection valve and SESSV (SESSV CHANGE OUT) to increase oil production and enhance the safety of the oil well
- Carry out direct measurement of sand face pressure and time variation, temperature, pressure storage effect, production index, porosity, and viscosity using electronic gauges
- Coordinate zone change for proper SSD opening
- Carry out all slickline well intervention operations
- Assemble tools and perform slickline services, i.e., gauge runs, pulling and setting plugs, etc. in various field locations
- Ensure the operations of Slick line services offered by the company are done safely, efficiently, and according to established standards and guidelines
- Ensure all safety practices are implemented before, during, and after the well service operation
- Provide technical assistance to other field operation personnel on location to ensure work is carried out according to set schedules and procedures.
- Maintenance, such as the removal of wax, scale, sand, and fill build-ups, terminating flow and setting hydraulic packers using sealing plugs, gauge cutting, setting or removing plugs, deploying or removing wireline, retrievable valves, and memory logging of down-hole logs using Memory Production Logging Tools (MPLT) and down-hole vision (using run cameras).
- Control of sliding sleeves to open and close access to zones and the replacement of gas lift valves.
- Measure the depth of the well and well perforation (using run gun assemblies) and downhole pressures and temperatures (using run gauges).
- Write a report on activities on the field.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience
- A minimum of a Degree in a related field
