Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Write, act, and produce short skits and comedy videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Develop creative concepts and scripts that showcase properties in a fun and relatable way
• Stay updated with trends, sounds and challenges and adapt them to real estate content
• Act in skits or recruit and direct other actors as needed
• Shoot and edit videos using a phone or camera and editing apps
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals

Brand and Marketing:

• Create skits that highlight property features, customer pain points, and solutions
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to push campaigns and property listings
• Engage with the audience in comments and DMs to generate leads
• Track performance of skits and optimize content for more views and engagement

Logistics:

• Go to property locations for shoots
• Manage props, costumes, and basic production setup
• Meet content deadlines and posting schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum SSCE or Diploma. Degree in Theatre Arts, Mass Comm or related field is an advantage
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience creating skits or comedy content online
• Strong acting, scripting, and content creation skills
• Proficiency with video shooting and editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Pro
• Must have an active social media page with skits or comedy content. Portfolio or page link required
• Creative, funny, and able to connect with the Nigerian audience
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be resident in Kaduna or Abuja
