Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor assigned OOH advertising sites (billboards, LED screens, wall drapes, gantries, etc.).
- Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and upkeep of advertising structures.
- Conduct routine site inspections and report faults, damages, or vandalism promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures at all sites.
- Coordinate with operations, client service, and maintenance teams for the timely execution of campaigns.
- Monitor vendors, technicians, and site security personnel.
- Ensure adverts are displayed correctly and in line with client specifications.
- Prepare and submit site inspection reports, incident reports, and maintenance updates.
- Support diesel management, power supply monitoring, and basic troubleshooting where applicable.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the OOH advertising or construction industry.
- Good knowledge of billboard structures, site operations, and outdoor media standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work outdoors.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
