Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys, document conditions, and identify challenges.
- Oversee site preparation, installation of temporary structures, and safety measures.
- Develop sketches, interpret drawings, and update CAD plans based on site realities.
- Supervise on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Procure materials and manage logistics within budget.
- Coordinate project schedules, monitor progress, and report updates to the team.
- Conduct quality inspections and enforce corrective measures when needed.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and measurement records.
- Mentor junior staff and foster teamwork on-site.
- Manage site tools, equipment, and documentation kits.
- Participate in final inspections and client handovers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
