About PristiqBuild
PristiqBuild is an innovative construction company delivering modern Light Gauge Steel roofing systems, structural framing solutions, and residential developments across Nigeria.
We are expanding our site operations team and looking for a practical, disciplined, and technically minded Site Supervisor to support our growing roofing and construction projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and representing PristiqBuild professionally on site.
You will work directly with management and gain exposure to modern construction systems including Light Gauge Steel roofing technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision
- Monitor daily site activities.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate labour and subcontractors.
- Track site productivity.
Quality Control
- Inspect installations.
- Identify defects and workmanship issues.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.
Documentation
- Maintain daily site reports.
- Take progress photographs and videos.
- Record labour attendance.
- Report site issues promptly.
Safety
- Enforce site safety procedures.
- Monitor use of PPE.
- Report incidents and hazards.
Client Interaction
- Communicate professionally with clients on site.
- Represent PristiqBuild positively.
- Support project inspections and handovers.
RequirementsEssential
✅ Experience in roofing, steel works, construction supervision, or building projects
✅ Ability to read drawings and measurements
✅ Smartphone for reporting and documentation
✅ Willingness to work on active construction sites
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Based in Abuja or willing to relocate
