Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and site operations.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and workforce allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and provide guidance to workers where necessary.
- Maintain site records, including attendance, materials usage, and work progress reports.
- Liaise with project engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality or safety.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND
- A minimum of 2 years experience
