To supervise and coordinate the day-to-day execution of renovation and interior finishing works on assigned project sites, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, to specification, on schedule, and to the quality standard expected by POP Masters and its clients.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct all artisans, tradesmen, and contractors working on assigned project sites
- Interpret and implement design drawings, specifications, and instructions provided by the interior architect
- Ensure work is carried out in strict accordance with the approved design and quality standards
- Maintain the daily site records, recording progress, materials used, attendance, and any incidents
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce health and safety rules on site
- Coordinate materials delivery and confirm receipt of materials against the project BOQ
- Identify and report any design discrepancies, site challenges, or potential delays to the project lead promptly
- Manage site cleanliness, security of materials, and responsible use of tools and equipment
- Liaise with the client's representative on site where required, maintaining a professional demeanour
- Report daily and weekly progress through appropriate channels
- Sign off on artisan work completion and verify quality before payment authorisation
Requirements:
- Minimum of an BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
