Responsibilities:
- Interpret and implement MEP/shop drawings accurately on site.
- Coordinate activities between all MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
- Prepare, track, and follow up on material requests and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines.
- Monitor daily and weekly site progress and report updates to management.
- Detect and report coordination clashes and suggest corrective measures.
- Support site teams with schedules, reporting, and documentation.
- Utilize MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools for planning and monitoring.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in site MEP works.
- Strong ability to read and interpret MEP/shop drawings.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of safety and quality compliance on construction sites.
