Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on-site.
- Identify defects, non-compliance, or safety issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and inspection reports for management.
- Ensure contractors and subcontractors adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
- Verify measurements and completed work before approvals or payments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in site inspection or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Applicants residing within Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, Badore, Lekki, or nearby areas will have an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000.
