Rosettee Construction is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate construction activities across project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards while maintaining quality, cost control, and project timeline.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and monitor the performance of subcontractors, artisans, and site labor to maintain productivity and quality output.
- Verify and approve materials delivered to site in collaboration with the QA/QC and Store Units.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
- Review design drawings, technical documents, and resolve site challenges in collaboration with the Structural Engineer and Project Manager.
- Carry out accurate site measurements and setting-out using appropriate surveying instruments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports, including photos and relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of material usage, manpower deployment, and site progress.
- Support quality assurance processes, material testing, and safety compliance with HSE and QA/QC teams.
- Monitor material requests, usage, and cost control to prevent wastage or overruns.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters and project status updates.
- Participate in project handovers, ensuring as-built drawings and documentation are properly compiled.
- Assist in post-construction inspection, maintenance, and resolution of defects.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 2 years of previous work experience in similar role
