Site Engineer
Job summary
A Site Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise Construction Activities – Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor Project Progress – Track construction activities to ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule and budget.
- Ensure Quality Control – Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
- Coordinate Site Personnel – Direct and coordinate the activities of contractors, subcontractors, artisans, and other site workers.
- Enforce Health and Safety Standards – Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.
- Prepare Site Reports – Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, progress reports, inspections, and any issues affecting project delivery.
- Resolve Technical Issues – Identify and address technical challenges on-site, providing practical engineering solutions to keep work progressing.
- Liaise with Project Stakeholders – Communicate effectively with project managers, consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
