Responsibilities:

Supervise Construction Activities – Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor Project Progress – Track construction activities to ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule and budget.
Ensure Quality Control – Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
Coordinate Site Personnel – Direct and coordinate the activities of contractors, subcontractors, artisans, and other site workers.
Enforce Health and Safety Standards – Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.
Prepare Site Reports – Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, progress reports, inspections, and any issues affecting project delivery.
Resolve Technical Issues – Identify and address technical challenges on-site, providing practical engineering solutions to keep work progressing.
Liaise with Project Stakeholders – Communicate effectively with project managers, consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
