The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
- Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring projects are completed within schedule and budget
- Review drawings and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction
- Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in construction site supervision and project execution
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional certification is an added advantage
