We are looking to hire a Site Coordinator – Kitchens & Wardrobes to join our team.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all kitchen, wardrobe & other fixed furniture installation activities across project sites.
- Act as the central communication link between clients, project sites, store operations, and installation teams.
- Conduct site readiness inspections and ensure all work follows technical drawings and quality standards.
- Manage daily reporting, progress tracking, and resolution of snags.
- Coordinate logistics, material deliveries, and inventory verification.
- Ensure high-quality installation and proper handover to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen, wardrobe, or furniture installation or site coordination.
- Strong technical understanding of joinery systems and installation procedures.
- Ability to read drawings, organize tasks, and manage site teams.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to multiple project locations when required.
