Site Administrator
Job summary
The Site Administrator keeps the site office functioning and ensures that the human side of the project, including gate passes, personnel records, inductions, meeting management, and day-to-day administration, runs smoothly so that the project team can focus entirely on delivery.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage site access control: gate passes, visitor management, and site induction records for all CDL staff and visitors
- Maintain personnel records for all CDL direct employees on site: timesheets, attendance, and leave records
- Manage the site office: meeting room bookings, stationery, office equipment, printing, and general administration
- Manage post and courier services to and from the site
- Coordinate site inductions for all new workers in coordination with the HSE Manager
- Manage the drivers' schedules and vehicle maintenance records
- Supervise and roster the site cleaning team; ensure site office and welfare facilities are maintained to a high standard
- Support the Document Controller with filing and archiving as required
- Manage the site petty cash float and expense records
- Support the Project Director and Construction Manager with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a construction site environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
