Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for every customer
- Ensure every customer purchases a product or makes a financial commitment toward an order
- Maintain deep knowledge of products, pricing, materials, and value proposition
- Educate customers on product care, maintenance, and long-term value
- Maintain accurate daily sales and transaction records
- Follow up on interested and abandoned leads.
- Gather customer feedback and report trends to management
- Protect showroom items from damage, misuse, or theft
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times
Requirements:
- Strong sales, persuasion, and communication skills
- Understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience in retail, showroom sales, interior design, furniture, or luxury products is an advantage
